Samsung has yet to officially announce the launch details of the Galaxy S25 Edge, even though the company has showcased the thin and light phone multiple times. Per recent reports, this slim flagship will make a full debut on May 13, 2025, and ahead of any formal announcement, the company may have just accidentally revealed the Canadian pricing details of the smartphone.
To be specific, on a promotional page about the current discounts available on the Galaxy Tab S10 FE, the company listed the pricing information of the Galaxy S25 Edge. The list was unearthed by journalist Roland Quandt, and while Samsung has now deleted the pricing details from the page, Roland has kept a snapshot.
According to the screenshot, it seems that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will indeed be one of the most expensive flagship phones within the lineup. To be specific, the snapshot reveals that the base model with 256 GB of storage will go for CAD 1,678.99, about $1,208. The 512 GB config, on the other hand, will go for CAD 1,858.99, around $1,339.
So, as recent reports have already suggested, it seems that the Galaxy S25 Edge will indeed be one of the most expensive models within the lineup. To fill you in, the S25 Plus in Canada starts at CAD 1,438.99, while the base S25 Ultra costs CAD $1,918.99 (256 GB curr. $1,079 on Amazon).
If this pricing remains at the same margin in other regions, the Galaxy S25 Edge will only be a little more affordable than the S25 Ultra. Given that these prices appeared accidentally on the official website, there's a possibility that the slim flagship may end up being more affordable than the now-removed listed prices. However, it's worth noting that the recent leaks have also hinted at the device being more expensive than the standard models in the series.
