Anker is rumored to be working on a new 12-in-1 charging station for the European market. Reddit-based tipster u/joshuadwx recently shared details about the upcoming power strip. There is also a product sketch, which appears to be official.
It appears that the tower charging accessory, with model number A9185, offers eight AC outlets, two on each side. At the top of the charging station are four USB ports: two 12W USB-A, 20W USB-C and 15W USB-C. When all four ports are in use, 15W is shared across these outputs. The device is powered with up to 4,000W AC input, with a built-in 2m (~6.6 ft) cable. Plus, the product is said to offer 300J surge protection.
Further details, such as the size and color of the charging station, have yet to be revealed. Plus, it is unclear how much this Anker 12-in-1 power strip will cost, when it will launch in Europe and in which countries. In the US, the company already offers the similar USB Power Strip (12-in-1, 35W), with 8 AC outlets and four USB ports. This is currently available at Amazon for $29.99.
