The Garmin software version 14.15 is now available for some smartwatches. This stable update brings a new overnight health measuring feature, as well as improvements for the device passcode tool. Plus, users of the Venu 3, Venu 3s and vivoactive 5 smartwatches also receive a range of bug fixes.

Garmin has released software version 14.15 for the Venu 3, Venu 3s and vivoactive 5 smartwatches. It appears to conclude the 14.xx beta testing cycle, which began in April 2025.

Software version 14.15 brings support for overnight breathing variation detection, a feature that could help users spot signs of sleep apnea. Another addition is support for subscriber-only features for the Garmin Golf app, such as green contours. It is said to bring enhancements to the recently added device passcode feature, as well as an optimized calorie graph design.

The stable update also brings a range of bug fixes to the Venu 3 series and vivoactive 5 smartwatches. These tackle problems with notifications, where longer messages were not displayed in full, and the Morning Report, which was said to be missing images. There are also fixes for issues linked to the Garmin Coach glance, a Pilates workout and Power Cycling. On top of this, there are new versions of GCM Translations: version 2.27 for the Venu 3 series and version 2.26 for the vivoactive 5. The full release notes can be found below.

The Garmin software version 14.15 can be manually installed when you go to Menu > Settings > System > Software Update on your Venu 3, Venu 3s or vivoactive 5 (curr. from $228 at Amazon) smartwatch.
